Let My Words Reflect You (Devotional)

The more I spend time in communion with God, the more I realize just how powerful the words we speak are and what we do on a daily basis is not meaningless even when it may seem trivial. God, let our lives be an offering of worship to you today and everyday.

•Prayer•

Holy Spirit I thank you for being such a great help, the perfect helper for me.
I pray that you help me work wholeheartedly unto God and not for man and let the words of my mouth edify and impart grace to those who hear. Forgive me for the times I have missed the mark. Let me no longer be a stumbling block to anyone, but let my life be an offering to bring the lost back to you and those who know you even closer.
In Jesus Name,
AMEN!

Ever Increasing Faith (Devotional)

Many times we cannot see how God is going to make what he promised coming to pass. Many times we make ourselves sick with worry and believe the lies of the enemy that it’s not going to come to pass…🙃
But, he didn’t tell us to make it happen…he told us to have faith and trust in him! 💜
Abraham’s faith increased as time went on…so should ours!! 🙌
Lord,
We just come to you today and say we are sorry for any unbelief we have in our hearts. We thank you that you are our helper and we ask you to help us. Take away any unbelief we may have and increase our faith. May we diligently seek your word, especially by listening because by hearing the word of God we a promised our faith must increase. Let what we are going through right now bring you glory! We thank you that you are faithful and true and that your word cannot come back void. You are such a good father. Let us meditate how you have never failed us and never will. You are working everything out for our good. We are more than conquerors and victorious through you Jesus. We thank you for that today.
In Jesus Name,
Amen
💜

On The Rise (Devotional)

We are always walking in victory!👏 Even with mistakes and stumbling, God upholds us with his right hand🤲 When we are hard pressed, squeezed, stretched, all we have to do is call on the name of Jesus and he will meet our weakness with his strength💜 We are told in the bible we will go through trials and tribulations. We can look at the disciples and Jesus life and see that the world does not always like or accept the love of God. But, we are here on this earth to be God praisers, not people pleasers👌 If you are down, understand you are really rising up!⛰ There’s never a moment when you have not been victorious as God’s child🥇 This life can have many times where it may feel like it or even look like it! BUT God’s word stands true! We dont just stay down… We are always on the rise! 🌞 The Blood of Jesus triumphs over all and as his heir, we are triumphant too! 👑💪

What Is Your Top Priority?

Quotes_Creator_20180301_113647.png

I love the way the NLT bible puts this verse. KEEP AWAY from ANYTHING that MIGHT take God’s place in your heart. This verse shows how important it is to keep God first above everything and to protect ourselves from the world’s distractions or maybe the distraction is even ourself! God’s proper place of order is ABOVE ALL, including our spouses, kids, jobs, or *place something or someone important to you here*. Has there been something you’ve been putting first before your relationship with God? What is your first priority? What way can things be put in proper order? Too much of a good thing can become idolatry. Start with a small amount of time and go to your quiet place and spend time with God. Get an accountability partner if this is something you struggle with. A little encouragement can go a long way!

Also, a really awesome book to go along with today’s devotion is- God’s At War by Kyle Idleman.
