The Lord is my Strength and my [impenetrable] Shield; my heart trusts in, relies on, and confidently leans on Him, and I am helped; therefore my heart greatly rejoices, and with my song will I praise Him.

Through trials and hardships, even the worst of circumstances we do not have to stress or be anxious. Unlike the world, we do not have to ‘figure things out’. In Psalm 28 we are instructed to trust in, rely on, and lean into God. The fruit of us doing this is that we are helped.
There is nothing too big for God. There is nothing that our loving father does not want to help us with. He does not get irritated when we stumble, he simply helps us back up.
